Seaside Realty Inc. provided a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable condo that was exceptionally clean. A big plus was the air conditioning, fans, and fully equipped amenities. The pool was just steps away, and while we didn't use the gym or barbecue patio, they looked great. We were conveniently close to Accra Beach, shops, buses, and taxis.

The perfect place to stay! The location is amazing, and the beach is even better. The team provided incredible insight about the island and great recommendations. Would 100% stay here again over a resort.

The property looked even better in person. The Gap and Oistins Fish Fry were easy to get to with convenient van access on the street. The team at Seaside Realty Inc. was very responsive and provided an excellent list of places to visit for my first time in Barbados. The reflection pool was beautiful and peaceful.

The inside of the house is beautifully decorated, and all the amenities you need are there. It’s a peaceful location, walking distance from the beach. The pool area is perfect too. Seaside Realty Inc. ensured everything was in order and even accommodated my need for a flexible check-out time.

The team at Seaside Realty Inc. was very responsive before and during the trip. We had a small issue, but the property manager had it resolved within 24 hours. The location is perfect—just off the main road and across from a well-known hotel. It's easy to catch the ZR or walk down to the Gap or the beach. The apartment appears to be very new and well-maintained, with each room equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The pool is nice and clean, and the patio is aesthetically pleasing. The apartment was beautiful! Honestly, no complaints.

We visit Barbados every 1-2 years to see family and usually stay for two weeks or more. As a family of 5, finding the right place can be challenging, but our rental agents found us a property that exceeded our expectations! The gated complex provided an extra layer of security, which was reassuring. The A/C on the main floor was essential, especially since we cooked most of our meals at home. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with amenities like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and comfy beds.

An amazing location with easy access to food, restaurants, bars, bus stops, and even a supermarket just across the road. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Bridgetown.

The place was perfect in every way. Extremely clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to make this feel like home for the week. The property is truly a tropical paradise. Having a pool at our disposal was priceless. We drove around the entire island, and Brownes' location is the most convenient for the activities we sought. We even had a monkey or two walking along the fence. We can’t wait to return. Oh yeah, and the staff at Seaside Realty are the best!
