Situated on a ridge, just 860 metres inland from the boardwalk, this place provides a serene setting, yet is just a few minutes by car from two of the most popular beaches in Barbados and a variety of amenities. This property is perfect for a family holiday or a small group of friends. Housekeeping and concierge services are also available if requested.

“Belvedere”, which means “beautiful view” in Italian, certainly lives up to its name! This picturesque, ridge side, property is spacious and extremely private, sitting on just over 14,960 sq. ft. of land located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Having been newly refurbished and decorated in 2022, it is sure to tick all your boxes.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a cool wrought ironed terrace and a South facing foyer with a feature floor tile effect, which offers access to all areas of the house. The South-Eastern wing consists of 3 of the 4 bedrooms, of which the first to meet you is outfitted with a single bed and built-in closet. A seamless entry shower room is also conveniently located along this hallway. Opposite the bathroom is a second bedroom with queen size bed, built in closets, seating space, a/c unit and lovely views of the South Coast and Caribbean Sea through large windows, which allow for lots of natural light. The Master Bedroom is at the end of the corridor and features a king size bed, lots of storage space, a seating area, a/c and ceiling fan. The master also enjoys the same wonderful views and is finished with an en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Going back to the foyer and heading Northeast, you can access the newly refurbished open-plan living space, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen hosts a feature island, fridge / freezer, oven, stove and lots of amenities to make your Belvedere your home away from home.
The lounge has a 50” smart TV, with seating for 7 people, lovely artwork and an a/c unit. Right off of the living room, with a seamless flow, is the formal dining area, which boasts a hand-built table and seating for 8. Down the steps from the dining room, is an impressive outdoor living space (covered), fantastic for entertaining or casual dining / BBQ. From there, you can venture straight onto the pool deck and tanning area and take advantage of the unbeatable views! This space has seven sun loungers and a dining table that is perfect for a morning coffee as the sun rises, and maybe a cocktail or two as the sun sets.

The large grounds to each side of the patio, along with the views, all add to the wonderful atmosphere and experience of Belvedere. The infinity edge, heated pool is also perfectly positioned off this area, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery.

Back inside and, from the kitchen, one-step up takes you into the laundry area, with washing machine, dryer, utility sink and more storage space. Down the northern corridor is another full bathroom, outfitted with shower, toilet and storage area. Towards the East of the property is another large bedroom with two twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request), lots of storage and a/c unit. This bedroom also has easy access to the front foyer, via double doors – perfect for an early morning coffee.
Out to the front to the property is the double carport, and the expansive driveway, which offers lots of space for more cars if needed. Towards the West, and neatly tucked away, there are several fruit trees including Bajan cherries, lime and satsuma oranges, which are sure to give you a taste of the tropics!
