This popular garden studio is just stroll from the public beaches, shops, restaurants and bars of Holetown. The fresh decor and boutique perks offer everything you need to explore the island in comfort and style. The kitchenette, terrace and grill make it easy to enjoy simple meals between adventures. Nestled on a lush cul-de-sac, our studio provides a peaceful proximity to the action in Holetown. 

This studio is fully furnished and appointed with all the essentials including a kitchenette, private terrace and outdoor grill. The private entrance and terrace are surrounded by lush palms and flower beds. The terrace features a lounging area and charcoal grill (charcoal not included). The space and grounds are immaculately maintained and situated on a tropical cul-de-sac, walking-distance to everything Holetown has to offer (1km) including public beaches with chair and umbrella rentals. The studio has air-conditioning for your comfort although we ask you to switch it off every time you leave. The butterfly garden and twinkle lights set the perfect ambiance for morning coffees and nightcaps.

Guests have exclusive access to the studio, private terrace and grill. A separate laundry room on the property grounds is shared with guests from our villas A and B.

There is bonus Beach Club Membership located next to the Beach House Grill (800m). This gives our guests access to a beautiful ocean-front pool with loungers and restaurant and bar service. 

NOTE* - There is NOT a full kitchen. A mini fridge and microwave is supplied.
