The unit has a well-equipped kitchen with full size appliances, a modern bathroom, AC in bedroom, and a king-sized bed.   The Livingroom futon adds extra sleeping space (queen), if needed and a 52 inch tv with wifi and cable, dvd player and many dvds are included in the rental.   Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, are some of the additional amenities you will find in this unit. 

Golden View is a safe, well-maintained condominium complex of 120 units, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.   It is set in 5 acres of gardens on the West coast, within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping, bars, nightlife, banking and 24 hour medical facilities. Golf and tennis facilities are also close by.   There is a reception desk in the lobby, two elevators and wide stairs, a large communal 90 foot freshwater swimming pool, on-site restaurant, free parking, shared laundry facilities on the third floor and a library/computer room. The reception desk is always open and there is in-house security with a guard on duty between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
