Our Cozy newly renovated Studio at Hastings, on the 5th floor is perfect for a couple or individual, it is across from the famous Boardwalk. Swim or stroll along the Boardwalk. Our well appointed Kitchen, wall mounted TV with many cable channels and Excellent Wifi make relaxing very comfortable. Public transport is at the door step and there are many Restaurants in walking distance, favorites are Art Splash Cafe for breakfast or Lunch and Blakey’s Bar and Grill which regularly has live music.
Our 6 floor condominium has 2 entrances secured with fobs allowing you access into a foyer and the 2 elevators service the building. Each floor has an entry key which gets you into the corridor to your unit.
There are trash rooms on every floor and you condo has it’s own washer and dryer.
