This recently refurbished unit is situated on the ground floor and has direct access through the front enclosed patio to the gardens and swimming pool.The entrance to the apartment is via the well-equipped kitchen fully fitted with fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher and Coran countertops. The dining area is off to the left and has two large windows which contribute to the bright feel of the apartment and allows for good air-flow. The apartment has its own separate private laundry room.The former outdoor patio has been enclosed with attractive wooden lattice work to increase the covered living space and can be separated by sliding glass doors.The large master bedroom is air-conditioned, has a queen sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and single vanity sink and has a beautiful sea-view mural.
