Brighton No. 1 is a single storey concrete and wooden structure located in a predominately commercial area with primarily light manufacturing, warehousing, offices and some retail. This building is approximately 2,003 sq.ft of covered area and sits on a site of 7,684 sq.ft. It is currently divided into seven offices but can be easily reconfigured to suit specific requirements. The location is very central, just off the Spring Garden Highway with easy access to Bridgetown, Black Rock and West Coast and also have good proximity to the ABC Highway.
