A tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in the Foursquare cluster of the popular Rockley Golf & Country Club.

The living area leads to a formal dining area, which in turn extends to a large and spacious kitchen. The kitchen has an island ideal for breakfast, pantry, dishwasher and separate rooms for the washer / dryer and storage respectively. The dining area leads outside to a partially sheltered and partially open air patio complete with a small barbecue. Just beyond this is a garden area ideal for entertaining, and a nearby large shared swimming pool. 

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are approximately 10.5 x 10.5 with a/c units, with the master also having a ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with a shower and tub. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the other two bedrooms both have two Twin beds, which can be made into King beds. The second bathroom, with a shower, is shared by the other two bedrooms. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have small, elevated patios overlooking the garden towards the pool.
