Heathfield Cottage

Heathfield Cottage is a furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sitting on beautifully maintained grounds adjacent to St. Winifred's school. A set of large elegant black gates lead you on to the grounds offering shared parking and lush vegetation throughout. Entering the cottage at the side leads into a well appointed kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The living room is comfortable and large, with windows on two sides and a door double leading to the outside. The dining room has a lovely circular wooden table and a door opening to the patio. The primary bedroom is 16x12 with both an a/c & ceiling fan. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a door leading to the patio. The second bedroom is next to the dining room,is approximately 15x11 with an a/c, queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. Both the primary bedroom and the dining room open to the sheltered patio complete with a lily pond. There is also a very large swimming pool that is about 22x11 with a large open deck, which is shared with the owner and for private use only. The grounds have space for a herb garden. Price includes pool and garden maintenance, and no pets are allowed. Water is shared with the main house.
