Andrew a true bajan, brings to his role as a property manager at Seaside Realty more than fifteen years work experience in the Hospitality and tourism industry. This exposure has included a passion for conducting island tours and working in Hotels in their various departments here in Barbados. Coming from an agrarian background in Barbados and Trinidad he also has a knowledge  of general maintenance and renovations which he enjoys taking part in.

Andrew is responsible for managing the day to day activities at his properties. He serves as a liaison between owners, tenants and contractors/tradesmen.  Andrew is only satisfied with his performance when owners and tenant’s expectations have been exceeded.

Andrew is a 2011 graduate of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and Tourism management (upper second class honors). He graduated from the Barbados community college with an Associate degree in Hospitality studies (credit) and a certificate in Food and beverage operations. In his spare time Andrew enjoys kayaking, island tours, dominoes, travelling abroad and anything that keeps him active. He also has a strong passion and love for his country Barbados and the Tourism Industry.
