Here at Seaside Realty we regard loyalty and sustainability more than a short-term-gain sale transaction. We have been in the business of finding homes, brokering the best possible deals and property management for almost 10 years and operate in a discreet and professional fashion. Our team of agents manage, sell, let and list properties all over the island and latterly, the world.

We started our property business back in 1999, where we were first involved in the project management of Millennium Heights, one of the island's largest gated communities of apartments, condominiums, town houses and private residences. We were then appointed property managers for the entire site and have gained international contacts as well as good friends in our clients along the way.

Managing Director Lee Gooding established the company and grew it with the help of his wife Chantelle Gooding and Jason McFarlane to what it is today. Our team also includes Lisa Coyle, Roberta Mustor and Allan Williams.

Living and working across the island means we bring a huge amount of property knowledge and experience. We have earned a reputation for quality and a friendly service too.
